With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, my passion is helping people achieve their health and fitness goals by getting people stronger and moving more freely. I have been training and going to the gym for over 18 years now and I know what it takes to enjoy training and to remain fit and healthy.

As a Tier X Coach based at E by Equinox, St James in London I train both men and women who are successful professionals including lawyers, CEOs, MDs, radio and TV presenters, accountants, doctors, working parents and business owners. My clients rely on me to help them with their everyday fitness, gaining a healthy work-life balance and lifestyle whilst enjoying themselves. At Tier X our lifestyle coaching programme 3 pillars are Movement, Nutrition and Regeneration.

I am also an experienced boxing coach and teach my clients the art of boxing to help with fat loss and stress management.

Another area of focus is working hand in hand with Osteopaths and Physiotherapists to rehabilitate clients from minor injuries back to full fitness.

To help my clients get started with their training I use a wide range of movement assessments and screenings.  Through these assessments, I devise detailed training my that ensure my clients achieve their short and long term goals pain-free.

Some of my experience has been gained through working in the Strength & Conditioning team at Bath Rugby Club within the Premiership Rugby Union League as well as working as the Strength and Conditioning Coach at Esher Rugby Club in the Championship Rugby Union League. I have also worked with racing drivers in GP2 and LeMans Racing.  For the last 10 years I have worked as a Personal Training and Strength & Conditioning Coach in London. Alongside my day to day Personal Training in London, I have lectured at the University of Kent delivering the Strength and Conditioning module to Under Graduate Sports Science students.

I am also a competitive powerlifter. Recently I placed 2nd in the Greater London Powerlifting Championship with a total of 540kg (1,188lbs).

Values and Standards

Honest, Personal and Committed: My training is designed for you and your personal goals only. I always put my clients first and will not make false claims.  I use scientific knowledge, research and continual education to underpin the approach I take and training I do with my clients.

Achievable and Long Term Goals: Progression over time with the intent to set up habits and standards to enable you to stay healthy and continue exercising for life. People understandably exercise mainly for aesthetic goals, however exercise is vital to live a long healthy and stress free life.

My aim is to have well thought out programmes and technically sound exercises that are accessible and doable. I have found this especially works for people who have many time constraints and lack the motivation and drive to exercise.

Hard Work, Consistency and Fun: If you are able to work hard in and out of the gym on a consistent basis while enjoying the process, you definitely will be able to achieve your goals. I am here to help you on your journey to a fit and healthy life.
